  What are they smoking in that Billa-bong? You don't see it often, so sit down and catch your breath. It looks like a completely reasonable trademark claim! If this story is true, Frampton deserves to own this company! Yahoo! News - Rock Star Sues Over 'Frampton Bikini': "LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Rock star Peter Frampton (news) is suing popular surfwear manufacturer Billabong for selling a bikini that features his face on the rear and the phrase 'Baby, I love your waves.' The British-born rock star, 54, is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction to stop sales of the 'Frampton Bikini' saying the phrase is 'an obvious reference' to his 1975 hit record 'Baby, I Love Your Way.' Uh, hello? Billabong? Did you even ask him if you could put his face on someone's butt? Were you ever going to pay him? Umm.. OK, what were thinking? I think Petey's lawyers are about to [ouch] Show You The Way...
